Cotton Traders, a British retail brand, was established in 1987. The offering features a range of casual clothing for men, women, as well as accessories and home furnishings. In late 2017 the company introduced 2 new brands: Cotton Traders Home and Cotton Edits concepts to its portfolio. The company owns over 70 stores in the UK.

We refreshed Cotton Traders stores image and also designed new store concepts for Cotton Traders’ 2 new brands. Since the beginning of our co-operation we have delivered 33 stores for the customer.

Improved customer experience
Our designers in cooperation with Cotton Traders’ team created the new store concept and design.
When designing the new store arrangement we took into account the customer journey for the best customer experience and best product exposure.
One-stop-shop-service
We manufactured bespoke joinery, metalwork and all board fixtures. Fit-out services included also flooring, wall finishes, lighting and signage sourced by CAPS Group approved sub-contractors.
Some of the projects required completion under an extremely tight schedule: we managed to successfully complete them in just 9 weeks from an initial enquiry until final completion.
