Introduce yourself

Send us your application for the position you are interested in. If you haven’t seen anything suitable, send us your CV anyway at recruiting@caps-group.com. We will contact you as soon as we have an offer relevant to your competences and experience.

Interview with the recruiter

Thank you for taking your time and sending us an application! We will now review your CV. If your profile matches our job opening, we will contact you to agree a convenient time for an interview. Depending on circumstances, we will invite you to our office or the meeting will be done online.

Meeting your future supervisor

After a successful first interview, we will invite you to a second recruitment meeting. At this interview you will have a chance to meet your potential future manager. Depending on the position, this stage can consist of a several face-to-face meetings.

Decision

Regardless of the result of the recruitment process you, will get feedback from us within a few days. If we invite you to our team and you are still interested in working with us, you will receive a detailed job offer.  This will include a full information package about starting your career at CAPS.
