Our customer, Ibis Styles hotel, belongs AccorHotels global hotel chain. We co-operated with the brand acting as a general contractor of a turnkey hotel interiors for one of the Ibis Styles hotel in the UK.

CAPS Group successfully acted as the principal contractor for the project managing the construction and fit-out of the 9-storey building, maintaining control over the deliveries and services from more than 80 subcontractors.
ONE STOP SHOP FOR HOSPITALITY PROJECT
We provided fixtures, fittings and complete fit-out to all 120 rooms, 105 m² restaurant, bar, lounge facility and back of house facilities in accordance with customer’s specifications and requirements.
