Refurbishing hotel rooms
CAPS successfully managed to complete the whole project to the great satisfaction of the client. The new, modernized look of the hotel rooms and common areas feature pleasant wood finishes and simple elegance. The key project highlights included the following refurbishment works in the hotel rooms:
– each room is unique, yet kept in 2 consistent finish themes: pine (and patinated pine) and oak.
– room elements: decorative paneling, bed headboard with a built-in LED lighting system, variety of built-in closets, table, window panels, decorative non-loadbearing columns, plaster-board elements, window shutters, window sills, decorative bathroom elements and bathroom top replacements.

We gave second life to the hotel common areas
We renewed common areas of the hotel: a new, attractive look was given to the reception, breakfast area and corridors, where we did on-site improvements to most of the existing fixtures and provided a various range of fit-out works.
Materials to make hotel fixtures last longer
We also suggested and introduced some changes to the initial specification in order to optimise the material characteristics in line with the client’s requirements but also keeping in mind the actual fixture or element purpose. We recommended, for example, using HPL-laminated tops for suitcase racks, moisture-protective materials for window-sills plus tougher material for breakfast area fixtures and their corners.
