CAPS Group have undergone a major brand review. After introducing a refreshed logo and new tagline, “Maximising Customer Experience” last year, now it is time to launch a new image campaign to spread the company promise and, most importantly, how we make our promise come true.
The new image campaign reflects CAPS Group’s commitment to live up to our promise of “maximsing customer experience” by providing our clients the best customer service package for their retail or commercial interiors project. We have developed a key visual and corresponding message, “CAPS Special Forces. Challenge us!”, to emphasise the benefits customers get from CAPS. The visual features 5 strong, experienced men who are focused on one goal: to get things done. The CAPS Special Forces team will accept any challenge a customer might have – and will work out a solution. Because there is always a challenge, even in a seemingly simple project.
The 5 men intentionally look like a fit-out team: in the end, the fit-out is the final result of our ‘one stop shop’ offering. “We strongly believe that our experience and ‘can do attitude’ in connection with our complete offer package makes us a truly strong partner for our current and potential clients” – says Austin Campbell, Managing Director of CAPS Group. “The whole rebranding exercise has actually been inspired by the feedback we have been getting from our clients. We have listened to their voice and built our identity accordingly. Can you hear any better recommendation from the market than ‘Things like that? Only CAPS can do that!’”
CAPS Group will officially communicate our new image campaign to clients and contacts effective March 1 with targeted emails, social media posts and a refreshed website launch. The company will also use the new campaign message while exhibiting at upcoming trade fairs, including the world’s biggest retail event, EuroShop 2017.
